Meeting with the Long-Necked

Sunny day at Mexico City!!! at least part of the day, but the chance to wear this DIY shorts, it had been in my closet for a long time, I wished it and when I looked for it at the stores: nothing, so I took a pair of formal pants and made it, then the rain season started :(

Gray is the new black (at least for me) I have few black clothes, and I love how this outfit look in total gray. The converse booties has other story :) it was love at first sight. The photos were taken in a park in front the mall, these long-necked became my friends at the end, they are so photogenic =D

That day I went to watch "The Amazing Spider-Man" and it was A M A Z I N G, I'm a huge fan of the arachnid since I have memory, and even the movies aren't exactly as the comic book, I'm very glad with the adaptation. I nearly cry on the last 15 minutes :'(

Totaly in love with the new Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy!!! I'm not going to tell you about the story of the movie, it's different from the last trilogy and it took elements from other comic books, you have to see it!!!

Día soleado en la Ciudad de México!!! al menos parte del día, pero tomé la oportunidad para usar estos shorts, los tenía guardados ya algo de tiempo. Deseaba tanto unos shorts así y cuando los fui a buscar a las tiendas no encontré nada, así que tomé unos pantalones formales y los hice, entonces la temporada de lluvias comenzó :(

Gris es el nuevo negro (al menos para mi) Tengo muy poca ropa negra. Me encantó como quedó este outfit en un total gray. Los botines converse tienen otra historia :) fue amor a primera vista. Las fotos fueron tomadas en un parque frente a la plaza, estos cuello largo se hicieron mis amigos al final, son tan fotogenicos =D

Ese día fui a ver "The Amazing Spider-Man" y fue S O R P R E N D E N T E, Soy gran fan del aracnido desde que tengo memoria, aunque las peliculas no son exactamente como en el comic, estoy bastante feliz con la adaptación. Casi lloro en los ultimos 15 minutos :'(

Me encanta el nuevo Peter Parker y Gwen Stacy!!! No les voy a contar acerca de la trama, es diferente a la trilogia anterior y toma elementos de otros comics (de Spider-Man) Tienen que verla!!!

Windows & Doors Mint Flavored

The days are still cloudy and rainy, but lucky me, somedays are sunny so I can wear shorts, even at when the day is falling and start to rain.

I went for a walk at Coyoacan, a beautiful neigborhood and turistic place here in Mexico City, I love it. I really like the streets, houses, restaurants, parks and everything on it. So my friend Brenda and I decided to take some pictures when you can see some of the beautiful houses there are

The outfit is so confortable: Mint t-shirt, Brown and mint checkered shorts, white sneakers and necklace.

Los días siguen siendo nublados y lluviosos, pero para mi suerte algunos son soleados, así que aprovecho para usar shorts, aún cuando al atardecer comienza a llover.

Fui a dar un paseo por Coyoacán, un lindo barrio y zona turistica, aqui en la Ciudad de México, me encanta. De verdad que me gustan mucho sus calles, casas, restaurantes, parques y todo lo que allí encuentras. Por eso mi amiga Brenda y yo decidimos tomar unas cuantas fotos para que también puedan ver las hermosas casas que hay.

El atuendo es bastante comodo: Playera color menta, Bermuda a cuadros con lineas café y menta, Tenís Blancos al igual que el collar.

Purple Checkered

My family had a great idea: Family Frame!!! it's been a long time when we take a photo together, so we hire a professional photographer to make it in the right way xD the experience was funny! and the frames will be post on the wall of the living so our guests can see us all ;)

I choose this outfit suggested by Ivan Moya some post ago, he told me that I should wear the bow-tie in a casual way, so this is it:

Dark Jeans + Purple Shirt + Black Shoes + Purple Checkered Bow-Tie

I felt as if we had taken very few photos from each group, then I thought that perhaps too many photos when I do it for the blog, anyway, I can't wait to have the frames on my hands!!

Mi familia tuvo una gran idea: Foto Familiar!! Ya ha pasado algo de tiempo desde que nos tomamos una foto juntos, así que contratamos a un fotografo profesional para hacerlo de la mejor forma xD La experiencia fue divertida! y los Marcos serán colgados en la pared de la sala para que nuestras visitas puedan vernos a todos ;)

Elegí este outfit sugerido por Ivan Moya unos post atras, me sugirió que podría usar la pajarita/moño con un atuendo mas casual, así que aqui esta:

Jeans Oscuros + Camisa Morada + Zapatos Negros + Moño/Pajarita Morada a cuadros

Sentí como si nos hubieran tomado muy poquitas fotos por grupo, luego pensé que tal vez eran demasiadas cuando lo hacia para el blog, como sea, no puedo esperar para poder ver como quedaron las fotos!!!

Asymetrical T-Shirt

This is an old t-shirt and I was about to throw it away, but I decided to make it a few changes. The idea is from Dark Wings City, if you check the DIY label, you can find a lot of original ideas.

It was so easy, just make a double cut on the t-shirt and a fold on the sides. I wear it with a pair of jeans and my espadrilles :)

Esta es una playera viejita que ya estaba a punto de deshacerme de ella, pero decidí hacerle un par de arreglos. La idea la tomé de Dark Wings City, si ven sus etiqeuta de DIY, pueden encontrar varias ideas muy originales.

Fue muy facil, solo hice dos cortes en la playera y un dobléz a los lados. La usé con unos jeans y mis alpargatas :)

Le gusta hacer cosas así con su ropa??? Que opinan, les gusta?
